AMEL GUELLATY

Biography

Born in 1988 in Tunis, Amel GUELLATY is a photographer and director. She began her career as an assistant director on the set of "Après mai" by Olivier Assayas and "Mektoub my love" by Abdellatif Kechiche. Between 2009 and 2017, she directed an amateur short film followed by two short documentaries, "Née au Printemps" and "Les Éboueurs de la mer". "Black Mamba" (2017) is his first short film.

Amel GUELLATY has directed, among other things, the documentary "The garbage collectors of the sea" for the Coca Cola Tunisia campaign. She is also an assistant director on "The Injury" by Abdellatif Kechiche, "I am not dead" by Mehdi Ben Attia and "After May" by Olivier Assayas.
